上海正泰橡胶厂是我国橡胶行业最早、较有影响的企业之一,已具有六十多年经营的历史。一九六六年已成为我国生产汽车轮胎的大型骨干企业。一九八九年三月已通过国家一级企业的考评。一九八九年八月份开始向社会招聘总会计师等人选,同年十二月正式揭标,历时四个月。这一向社会招聘总会计师的工作,在上海市也属首创,引起了各方面的关注。现将该厂的一些做法作一介
Shanghai Zhengtai Rubber Factory is one of the earliest and influential enterprises in China’s rubber industry and has more than 60 years of operation history. In 1966, it has become a large-scale backbone enterprise in China for the production of automobile tires. In March 1989, it passed the evaluation of enterprises at the national level. In August 1989, Chief Accountant and other candidates were recruited from the community. In December of the same year, the official bidding was launched, which took four months.
