在当前国企转型的过程中,建设什么样的企业文化,决定着企业靠什么去竞争,靠什么去赢得市场,靠什么来壮大国有资本。在这个重大课题面前,北京首汽从国有企业改制成股份公司以后,通过创建“于凯车队”,探索总结出“用真情构建和谐,用诚信打造文明”的成功经验,给我们上了生动的一课。“于凯车队”虽然是首汽的一个基层单位,但是折射出的却是国企转型后企业文化构建的基本思路和方向。本期的“国企转型与企业文化构建”征文栏目特别刊发两篇文章,介绍“于凯车队”事迹和分析“于凯车队”这一文化现象,希望能为读者提供有益的启示。
