文章分析了高职高专院校举办英语角活动的现状,如学生参与热情不高、缺乏固定场所和有效的组织管理、内容和举办形式单一及中国老师对英语角的理解误区等,探讨了有效开展高职高专英语角活动的对策,包括积极宣传,调动学生参与积极性;学校为英语角的开展提供必要的保障;精心挑选,设计活动内容及引入考核机制,充分激发老师的参与热情。
This paper analyzes the status quo of English corner activities held by higher vocational colleges, such as the low enthusiasm of students, lack of fixed places and effective organization and management, content and single form of holding, and misunderstanding of English corners by Chinese teachers. The measures to effectively carry out the English corner activities of higher vocational colleges include actively publicizing and mobilizing students ’enthusiasm for participation. The school provides the necessary guarantees for the development of the English corner. The selection and design of activities and the introduction of examination mechanisms have been made to stimulate teachers’ enthusiasm for participation.
