目前，放射诊断和治疗技术发展很快，使从事放射性工作的医护人员等受到一定的照射，造成潜在的危险。但放射卫生防护工作滞后，这与领导不重视、放射人员防护知识缺乏、管理办法缺乏等有关。为解决上述问题我们提出：①医院设兼职防护员；②建立放射卫生档案；③持证上岗；④开业实行许可证制度；⑤配备放射防护仪器等
At present, radiodiagnosis and treatment technologies are developing rapidly, exposing medical workers who are engaged in radioactive work to a certain degree of exposure and posing potential dangers. However, the work on radiological protection lagged behind. This is due to the lack of leadership, the lack of knowledge on radiological personnel protection and the lack of management practices.
