无论什么类型的班级,突发事件总是难免的,诸如:顶撞老师、吸烟、打架、看与学习无关的书籍等等。班级出现了突发事件并不可怕,重要的是我们班主任能不能把每一次问题的发生,看作是难得的教育良机,始终坚持教育疏导的原则,灵活运用教育的艺术,变被动为主动,教育转化学生。如果做到了这一点,班主任的核心地位必将进一步巩固,威信也会提高。
