马钢第一炼铁厂自1978年以来,高炉生产取得较大进步。在近年原、燃料质量改善日趋缓慢甚至某些指标有所下降的情况下,由于不断改进高炉操作,维护炉况稳定顺行,使各项技术措施的功能得到充分发挥,所以高炉生产的技术经济指标和经济效益仍然得到不断提高。1982年全厂高炉利用系数已达到2.0,生铁合格率达到99.99%,优质品率92%,焦比491公斤,综合焦比554公斤。近几年高炉生产技术指标见表1。
