备受关注的《高新技术企业认定管理办法》近日由科技部、财政部、国家税务总局联合颁布。为做好浙江省高新技术企业认定管理工作,根据《高新技术企业认定管理办法》和《高新技术企业认定工作指引》有关规定,制定了《浙江省高新技术企业认定管理工作补充规定》。并成立了由浙江省科技厅厅长蒋泰维任组长,浙江省科技厅副厅长寿剑刚、浙江省财政厅副厅长罗石林、浙江省国税局总经济师金星、浙江省地税局副局长劳晓峰任副组长的浙江省高新技术企业认定管理工作领导小组。四项补充规定,明确程序提高效能;十条职责规则,全力推进认定管理工作。
The closely watched “High-tech Enterprise Accreditation Management Measures” recently by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation jointly promulgated. In order to do well the management of hi-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province, the Supplementary Provisions on the Management of Hi-tech Enterprises in Zhejiang Province were formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Administrative Measures on High and New Technology Enterprise Accreditation and the Guidance for High and New Technology Enterprise Accreditation. And set up by the Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department Director Jiang Taiwei Ren, Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Department Deputy Director Shou Jiangang, deputy director of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Finance Luo Shilin, Zhejiang Province, IRS Chief Economist Venus, Zhejiang Provincial Taxation Bureau deputy director Lao Xiaofeng any deputy leader of Zhejiang Province high-tech enterprises identified as the leading group. Four supplementary provisions, a clear procedure to improve efficiency; ten rules of responsibility, to promote the identification of management.
