研究表明，樟子松枯梢病病原菌分生孢子的萌发与通气和光照条件关系不大，无需外界供给养料。孢子的萌发主要取决于温度和湿度条件。在水中， 孢子萌发的温度范围为１５ ～３５ ℃，最佳温度为２５ ℃。在２５ ℃条件下，孢子在４ ｈ 以内即可萌发。在相对湿度达９０ ％ 以上时，孢子萌发率随湿度增大而升高。６ ～８ 月是辽宁章古台地区病菌萌发侵染的适宜时期，化学防治应在此期间进行。
The results showed that the conidiospore germination of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica did not depend on the aeration and light conditions, and no external supply of nutrients was needed. Spore germination depends mainly on temperature and humidity conditions. In water, spore germination temperature range of 15 ~ 35 ℃, the best temperature is 25 ℃. Spores can germinate within 4 h at 25 ℃. When the relative humidity reached more than 90%, the spore germination rate increased with the increase of humidity. June to August is the appropriate period for the germination and infection of pathogenic bacteria in Zhanggutai area of Liaoning Province. Chemical control should be carried out during this period.
