我国是目前世界上致力于建设业上的投资最多的国家之一,建筑业上的年产值也逐年增加,我国建设行业的迅速发展不仅取得了丰富的硕果,但也同时造成许多安全事故。这就不得不提醒我们,在建筑施工安全方面应加大力度,对于施工项目的安全评价,要以国家级的管理制度为基本要求对工程建设、安全管理实施标准强化,分析安全系统,结合理论应用,对那些待评价的建筑施工项目中的安全指标进行全面彻底的审核,找出存在于工程建设中的问题,阻止一些飘忽在系统安全水平线之下的不良因素,并创建一套能反映出全部工程建设中安全指标评价的方法,以此为标准,结合实际问题,用科学方式管理安全指标体系,从总体全方位对工程建筑的施工安全进行评估,并赋予相应的防控措施和理论依据。本文针对我国建筑施工安全管理的现状,提出构建项目实施中安全管理的新方法。
