编写岗位廉政教案是开展岗位廉政教育的基础性工作和亮点之一。湖北省工商局由省局监察室牵头,组织相关处室(分局)和黄石、十堰、宜昌、襄樊、恩施等5个市州局编写了领导岗位、人事管理、财务和政府采购、注册登记、执法办案5个岗位的廉政教育教案,编写了《湖北省工商系统岗位廉政教育系列丛书》。教案对每个情景案例作出点评,并在案例后提供法纪链接。本刊将连续摘编部分情景教案,供读者参考。
