目的讨论重度二尖瓣狭窄致顽固心力衰竭的治疗方法。方法回顾分析本院17例重度二尖瓣狭窄病人的临床资料。结果病人在控制心室率的情况下给予加大利尿剂剂量后心力衰竭症状明显缓解。结论在控制心室率的基础上充分利尿可有效改善重度二尖瓣狭窄致顽固心力衰竭的临床症状。
Objective To discuss the treatment of stubborn heart failure caused by severe mitral stenosis. Methods The clinical data of 17 patients with severe mitral stenosis in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results In patients with ventricular rate control to increase diuretic dose increased significantly after the symptoms of heart failure. Conclusion Controlling the ventricular rate based on adequate diuresis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of severe mitral stenosis caused by stubborn heart failure.
