大多数私营农业企业是家族企业.为厘清农业企业承担社会责任的内在动机,在参考国内外企业社会责任相关文献基础上,设计调查问卷,利用分步回归模型定量分析了农业企业家族涉人程度与企业社会责任承担情况之间]的关系,结果显示,家族涉人程度与农业企业社会责任呈正相关关系,进一步地,这种正向相关关系受到家族传承意愿的正向调节.这意味着农业企业是否承担社会责任,企业内部因素,特别是家族涉人程度是重要的内在原因,家族传承强化了家族涉入的作用,从而揭示了农业企业承担社会责任的内在动机.
