采用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜、表面轮廓分析仪及磨损试验机等,分析研究了氧乙炔火焰喷焊镍基自熔性合金(NiO_2)粉末涂层的组织及其相结构、硬质相的形貌及分布、涂层的磨损性能及磨损规律,探讨了涂层具有高耐磨性的原因.
The microstructure and phase structure of nickel-based self-fluxing alloy (NiO_2) powder coatings by oxyacetylene flame spraying were studied by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, surface profiler and wear tester. The morphology and distribution of hard phase, the abrasion and wear of coatings, and the reason why the coating has high wear resistance.
