本文作者应用改进后的小鼠体液免疫功能测定方法观察了中药蜈蚣对正常小鼠体液免疫功能的影响,实验的溶血反应在96孔板上进行,并采用酶标仪测定光密度值。实验结果显示:蜈蚣高剂量组(5.0g/kg/d×7)溶血程度值的均值:408.3±35.5(p<0.01),同正常对照组比有高度显著性差别,提示:适当剂量的蜈蚣有抑制正常小鼠体液免疫功能的作用。
The authors used the modified mouse humoral immune function assay to observe the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on the humoral immune function of normal mice. The experimental hemolysis reaction was performed on a 96-well plate, and the optical density was measured using a microplate reader. The experimental results showed that the mean value of hemolytic degree in the high-dose group (5.0g/kg/d×7) was 408.3±35.5 (p<0.01), and there was a highly significant difference compared with the normal control group. It can inhibit the humoral immune function of normal mice.
