中国法学会为了表彰为我国社会主义法学理论体系建设和法治建设做出杰出贡献的老法学家,营造法学优秀人才脱颖而出的良好氛围,造就党和人民满意的政治强、业务精、作风正的法学理论队伍,经中国法学会各研究会、省级法学会、全国重点法学院校及中国社会科学院法学研究所推荐,中国法学会会长会议讨论研究,中法学会决定授予25位同志“全国杰出资深法学家”称号。本刊主编陈鹏生教授为上海唯一入选的法学家。授牌仪式于今年9月26日在人民大会堂举行,由中央政治局常委、政法委书记周永康等人亲自授奖。
