当前企业以不进行年检或消极对待吊销营业执照等非正常方式退出市场,给市场经济及社会造成的严重的影响,究其原因是我国法律对企业法人退出市场制度的不完善,立法存在很多空白,规定过于笼统,为企业任意退出市场提供了可乘之机。本文从企业法人退出市场的概念、类型及影响入手,分析我国企业法人退出市场制度存在的问题,提出完善我国企业法人退出市场制度的建议。
