近年来,国内外对X线工作者受电离辐射照射剂量及其身体健康状况十分关注。为了摸清我局19所医疗院所的X线机防护情况,110名X线工作者的身体健康状态,我们对沈阳铁路局X线工作者受照剂量进行了估算。方法采用归一化工作量估算法。某个X线工作者总累积归一化工作量可由下式求得: 式中,rk是不同类型的归一化系数W_(ijk)是第i个人在k类型中第j年的工作量本次剂量估算中,W_(jik)由工作量调查求得,有了归一化工作量以后,采用下式就可计算出每个x线工作者的受照剂量: D_i=PW_i
