多元智能理论认为人的智能是多元的。这理念所蕴含着尊重学生差异的学生观、个性化的课程观、多样化的教学观和多元化情境化的评价观,体现了个性的教育理念,对学生个性化培养具有重要意义。培养学生潜能特点,促进学生全面发展是素质教育改革的核心。因此,教师应注重多元智能理论在教育教学中的应用,以多元智能理论为依托,尊重差异,正视差异,培养学生全面发展。
Multivariate theory of intelligence that people’s intelligence is diverse. This concept contains the view of students respecting the difference of students, the view of individualized curriculum, the diversity of teaching concepts and the assessment of diversified contextualization, embodies the concept of individuality education and is of great significance to the individualized development of students. Cultivating the potential characteristics of students and promoting the all-round development of students are the core of the quality education reform. Therefore, teachers should pay attention to the application of multiple intelligence theory in education and teaching, relying on the theory of multiple intelligences, respect differences, face differences, and develop students’ all-round development.
