目的:探讨Snodgrass手术治疗尿道下裂的疗效。方法:对30例行Snodgrass手术的尿道下裂患儿行回顾性分析,年龄1～11岁,平均年龄3.5岁,其中阴茎头型22例,阴茎体型8例。结果:4例发生尿道狭窄,1例发生尿瘘。结论:Snodgrass手术保留了尿道板,操作简单,并发症少,手术成形效果好。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Snodgrass surgery on hypospadias. Methods: Thirty children with hypospadias treated with Snodgrass procedure were retrospectively analyzed. The age ranged from 1 to 11 years with a mean age of 3.5 years. There were 22 cases of penis head type and 8 cases of penis size. Results: Urethral stricture occurred in 4 cases and urinary fistula occurred in 1 case. Conclusion: The Snodgrass operation preserves the urethral plate and has the advantages of simple operation, less complications and good operation shaping effect.
