急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)是内科、外科和妇产科常见的严重病症。近年来随着对ARF病理生理和发病机制的深入研究,以及血液净化技术的正确应用,使ARF的治愈率有所提高,为了进一步提高ARF的抢救成功率,对我院近年来收治的ARF病例的病因、透析率及病死率进行总结分析如下。1 材料和方法1.1 本文收集我院1985年以来的各种原因引起的ARF共63例。其中男49例(77.28％),女14例(22.22％),年龄8～62岁,平均35岁。无尿34例(53.97%),少尿29例
Acute renal failure (ARF) is a common and serious condition in medicine, surgery and obstetrics and gynecology. In recent years, with the ARF pathophysiology and pathogenesis in-depth study, as well as the correct application of blood purification technology, so that the cure rate of ARF increased, in order to further improve the success rate of ARF rescue, ARF cases admitted to our hospital in recent years The etiology, dialysis and mortality were summarized as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 This article collected from our hospital since 1985 ARF caused a variety of reasons, a total of 63 cases. There were 49 males (77.28%) and 14 females (22.22%), ranging in age from 8 to 62 years with an average of 35 years. 34 cases (53.97%) had no urine and 29 cases had oliguria
