目的观察中药复方肾炎灵对阿霉素肾病大鼠的肾损伤是否具有保护作用。方法采用尾静脉注射阿霉素制作肾病大鼠模型。肾炎灵组大鼠在注射阿霉素前预先给药1周,给药7周后检测各组大鼠24 h尿蛋白含量、血肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)等肾功能指标,并观察各组大鼠肾组织的病理学变化。结果肾炎灵组大鼠24 h尿蛋白在第2~4周明显下降,与模型组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在给药后期仅有下降趋势,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肾炎灵对肾病大鼠的肾系数和血Cr也仅有下降趋势,但对BUN有明显的降低作用,差差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);显微镜下可见肾炎灵组大鼠的肾组织病理改变有一定程度的减轻。结论肾炎灵对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾脏具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To observe whether Chinese herbal compound nephritis has protective effect on renal injury in rats with adriamycin-induced nephropathy. Methods A rat model of nephropathy was made by tail vein injection of adriamycin. Nephritis group rats were pre-administered for 1 week before doxorubicin injection. After 7 weeks of administration, the 24-hour urine protein content, serum creatinine (Cr) and urea nitrogen (BUN) and other renal function indexes were measured. Observe the pathological changes of kidney tissue in each group. Results The 24-hour urinary protein of rats in nephritis group decreased significantly in the 2nd to 4th weeks, compared with the model group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but there was only a decreasing trend in the later period of administration, the difference was not statistically significant. The significance (P>0.05); Kidney-inflammation kidney coefficient in rats with renal disease and blood Cr only decreased, but BUN has a significant reduction, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01); Under the microscope, the pathological changes of kidney tissue in rats with nephritis were reduced to some extent. Conclusion Shenyanling has certain protective effect on kidney of rats with adriamycin nephropathy.
