为解决装修冬季施工的热源问题,我们试制了简易电加热器。加热器中采用了管状电热元件,这种电热元件是用金属管作外壳,管中放入合金电阻丝作发热体,在空隙部分紧密填充具有良好绝缘和导热性能的结晶氧化镁而成的。我们使用的管状电热元件是北京电热器厂生产的JGQ 8型成品。这种元件使用寿命长,工作安全可靠,热效率高,机械强度好。使用中我们将它弯成了“U”字型,三根一组,采用Y型接法,使三相易于平衡。
In order to solve the heat source problem of the renovation winter construction, we tried a simple electric heater. A tubular electric heating element is used in the heater. The electric heating element is made of a metal tube. The alloy resistance wire is placed in the tube as a heating element, and the space portion is filled with crystalline magnesium oxide having good insulation and thermal conductivity. The tubular heating element we use is JGQ Type 8 finished product produced by Beijing Electric Heater Factory. The components have long service life, safe and reliable work, high thermal efficiency, and good mechanical strength. In use, we bent it into a “U” font, a group of three, using Y-connection, making the three phases easier to balance.
