瓜螟Diaphania indica(Saunders)是葫芦科蔬菜上的主要害虫。在杭州,一年发生4—5代,以蛹在桔叶,瓜架竹杆内越冬。1—2代主要为害丝瓜和冬瓜,3—5代主要为害冬瓜和秋黄瓜。一龄幼虫头宽为0.234毫米,Dayer常数为0.62,幼虫共5龄,取食量随龄期的增加而增大。产卵前期为2～3天,卵、幼虫和蛹期分别平均为4.6,11.7和8.4天。卵、幼虫,蛹和世代(卵一卵)的发育历期与日平均温度的曲线回归方程为:Ye=12877640x~(-4.6379),Y=279253x~(-2.9963),Yp=211317x~(-3.1155)和Yg=8857x~(-1.7476),田间每年在6～10月发生,以8～9月虫量最多,在丝瓜、冬瓜和黄瓜生长季节出现两个虫量高峰,第一个虫量高峰期三种瓜类各不相同。
Diaphania indica (Saunders) is the major pest on Cucurbitaceae vegetables. In Hangzhou, 4-5 generations occur a year, with pupae in the orange leaves, Guazhu bamboo poles wintering. 1-2 generations of major damage loofah and melon, 3-5 generations of major damage melon and autumn cucumber. First instar larvae had a head width of 0.234 mm, a Dayer constant of 0.62, and larvae totaling 5 years. The amount of food intake increased with age. Pre-oviposition of 2 to 3 days, eggs, larvae and pupal stage average of 4.6, 11.7 and 8.4 days. The regression equations of developmental duration and daily average temperature of eggs, larvae, pupae and generations (egg-ovum) were as follows: Ye = 12877640x ~ (-4.6379), Y = 279253x ~ (-2.9963), Yp = 211317x ~ 3.1155) and Yg = 8857x ~ (-1.7476) respectively. The field occurred in June and October each year with the highest number of pests in August and September. Two pests peak appeared in the loofah, melon and cucumber growing season. The first pest Peak of three kinds of melons vary.
