继蓝盘、绿盘SSD后,西部数据在CES上发布了全新黑盘SSD,也是WD首款面向消费级的PCIe SSD产品。其采用M.2 2280版型,支持NVMe,提供256GB和512GB两种容量,最高读取为2050MB/s,写入因容量不同有700MB/s和800MB/s两种规格,质保5年。核心的主控方案和闪存颗粒介质虽未公布,但应该是Marvell 88SS1093和SanDisk 15nm TLC。零售价分别是109美元(约合751元)和19 9.9 9美元(约合1378元),是目前除了Intel 600p外第二便宜的M.2 PCIe SSD。
Following the Blue Tray and Green Tray SSDs, Western Digital released a new Black Tray SSD at CES and WD’s first consumer-grade PCIe SSD product. It uses M.2 2280 version, supports NVMe, provides 256GB and 512GB capacity, the maximum read is 2050MB / s, write capacity due to different 700MB / s and 800MB / s two kinds of specifications, 5-year warranty. The core of the master program and flash memory particulate media have not yet announced, but it should be Marvell 88SS1093 and SanDisk 15nm TLC. Retail prices were 109 US dollars (about 751 yuan) and 19 9.9 9 US dollars (about 1378 yuan), in addition to Intel 600p is the second cheaper M.2 PCIe SSD.
