全球气候变暖已成为世界各国人们和政府关注的热点,在各国意识到现有发展模式不可持续的情况下,低碳经济作为一种新兴的经济发展模式被广泛采用。低碳经济的核心在于减少温室气体的排放量,缓解全球气候变暖,创造一个更加适宜人类生存的环境。文章在介绍低碳经济理念的同时,强调了中国发展低碳经济的必要性,同时指出了我国发展低碳经济面临的各种制约,为中国更好地发展低碳经济提供一些参考。
Global warming has become a focus of attention of people and governments all over the world. As countries realize that the existing development model is not sustainable, the low-carbon economy is widely adopted as a new mode of economic development. The core of the low-carbon economy is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, ease global warming and create a more suitable environment for human existence. While introducing the concept of low-carbon economy, the article emphasizes the necessity of developing low-carbon economy in China. At the same time, it points out the various constraints China faces in developing its low-carbon economy and provides some references for China to develop its low-carbon economy.
