万钢全国政协副主席、科技部部长党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央高度重视科技创新,对实施创新驱动发展战略作出一系列重大决策部署。党的十八届五中全会把创新发展作为五大发展理念之首,强调创新是引领发展的第一动力,要求充分发挥科技刨新在全面创新中的引领作用。这是党中央在我国发展的关键时期作出的重大决策,顺而应了全球科技创新趋势,契合我国发展的历史逻辑和现实逻辑。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee and secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as general secretary has attached great importance to technological innovation and has made a series of major decisions and arrangements on the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee held innovation and development as the first of its five major development concepts, stressing that innovation is the first impetus to development and requires giving full play to the leading role of science and technology in comprehensive innovation. This is a major policy decision made by the Central Party Committee at a crucial juncture in the development of our country. It goes without saying that the trend of scientific and technological innovation in the world should accord with the historical and realistic logic of our country’s development.
