我厂近来设计出一套比较理想的磨气门盘锥面的专用夹具。其结构主要有滚轮、垂直托刀、压紧装置等另部件组成见图1与图1a。操作者通过操作手柄和拉杆将夹紧杠杆压下,使夹紧轮抬起,放入工件。然后放松操作手柄,工件在弹簧的弹力下,通过夹紧杠杆和夹紧轮牢牢地将工件夹紧在垂直托刀和滚轮之间。通过转动滚轮的摩擦带动工件转动,对气门锥面进行磨削加工。
Recently, our factory has designed a set of ideal fixture for tapping door cone. The structure of the main wheel, vertical knife, pressing device and other components shown in Figure 1 and Figure 1a. The operator depresses the clamping lever by operating the handle and the lever to lift the clamping wheel into the workpiece. Then relax the operating handle, the workpiece in the spring force, through the clamping lever and clamping wheel firmly clamp the workpiece between the vertical knife and the wheel. By rotating the wheel friction drive workpiece rotation, the valve cone surface grinding.
