本文叙述一种用于风暴潮数值预报模式的经济的显式积分方案。应用分离技术将风暴潮模式控制方程组分成三个阶段。调整阶段包括水位梯度和科氏力项,采用向前-向后方案积分。包括水平平流项的平流阶段采用长的时间步长。风应力、底应力和大气压力梯度项和其它项分开,并且用和平流阶段同样长的时间步长积分,显式分离方案已应用于风暴潮模式。预报域包括黄海、东海和南海,对一些引起风暴潮的台风个例进行后报试验。结果是采用显式分离方法比非分离方法计算经济,而且对有些个例,计算精度比以前所用方法也略有提高。
This paper describes an economical explicit integral scheme for numerical storm surge forecasting. Applying the separation technique, the storm surge mode control equations are divided into three stages. The adjustment phase includes the water level gradient and Coriolis forces, using the forward-to-back scheme. The advection phase that includes horizontal advection uses a long time step. Wind stress, bottom stress, and atmospheric pressure gradient terms are separated from other terms and integrated in the same long time step as in the advection stage. The explicit separation scheme has been applied to storm surge patterns. The forecast area includes the Yellow Sea, the East China Sea and the South China Sea. Post-typhoon cases have been reported for some cases of storm surges. The result is an explicit versus a non-separable method for calculating the economy, and in some cases the accuracy of the calculation is slightly higher than for the previous method.
