目的探讨扶正升血颗粒对荷瘤小鼠NKC-IFN-IL-2免疫调节网的影响。方法建立小鼠移植性肝癌(H22)模型,将小鼠随机分为5组,分别为扶正升血颗粒低、中、高剂量组,阳性对照组和模型对照组,同时设正常对照组。经口灌胃给药10d,采用乳酸脱氢酶释放试验测定NK细胞活性;用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定脾淋巴细胞培养上清液中IL-2和IFN-r的浓度。结果扶正升血颗粒可增强荷瘤小鼠NK细胞的活性,同时提高IL-2和IFN-r的水平。结论扶正升血颗粒对NKC-IFN-IL-2免疫调节网可起到正向调节作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Shengxue granule on the immunoregulatory network of NKC-IFN-IL-2 in tumor-bearing mice. Methods Mouse H22 model was established. The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: low, medium and high dose Fuzheng Shengxue Granules group, positive control group and model control group, and normal control group. After oral administration for 10 days, the activity of NK cells was measured by lactate dehydrogenase release assay. The concentrations of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the supernatant of splenic lymphocytes were measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA. Results Fuzheng Shengxue granule can enhance the activity of NK cells in tumor-bearing mice and increase the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ. Conclusion Fuzheng Shengxue granule can play a positive role in regulating NKC-IFN-IL-2 immunoregulatory network.
