针对目前保障房建筑节能存在的问题,从建设过程角度分析我国保障房建筑节能差异化特征,提出监控路径选择思路,构建基于信息联动的保障房建筑节能差异化监控体系。并围绕“质量、费用、信息”三个维度,以设计与施工阶段为例,明确给出差异化监控的重点和流程,以达到最大限度的防止建筑节能脱节现象发生的目的。
In view of the existing problems of energy saving in building for affordable housing, this paper analyzes the features of differentiated energy saving in affordable housing in China from the perspective of construction process, puts forward the train of thought to choose the path of monitoring and control and constructs a differentiated monitoring system for energy saving of buildings based on information linkage. And focus on the “quality, cost, information ” three dimensions, taking the design and construction phase as an example, clearly gives the focus of differential monitoring and processes in order to achieve the maximum to prevent building energy out of touch with the occurrence of the phenomenon.
