从女性参与行政管理及其高层管理的现状出发,研究分析了女性较少参与高层行政管理其中的原因,并对如何提高女性更多参与社会管理提出了一些建议。
Based on the status quo of female participation in the administration and its top management, this paper analyzes and analyzes the reasons why women are less involved in the top management, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve women’s participation in social management.
