就时效性而言,档案的服务功能可分为即时功能和未来功能两大部分。本文拟以新农村建设中档案部门的服务为例,简单论述基层档案部门两大服务功能在时效性上的应对策略。
In terms of timeliness, the file service functions can be divided into real-time functions and future functions of two parts. In this paper, we will take the service of the middle-scale archives department in the new rural construction as an example to briefly discuss the timeliness of the two service functions in the primary archives department.
