2007年1月,股市牛气冲天,资本市场一派红火。2007年1月,金融成为大家热议的话题。1月19—20日,第三次全国金融工作会议召开,国务院总理温家宝强调：中国金融业处在一个重要转折期,也处在一个重要发展期。次日,知名财经电视媒体《财富中国》和上海华资投资联合主办了《新金融时代——第四届财富中国论坛》,民间对金融业的关注度持续升温。本次论坛的与会嘉宾们达成共识在全面对外开放的大背景下,中国金融业只有不断创新才能在更加复杂的环境中立于不败之地。作为监管机构官员、银行业与民营投资公司的代表,央行研究局副局长焦瑾璞、招商银行办公室主任秦季章、华资投资投资董事长庞红华分别从不同角度表达了他们对“创新”的理解与实践。
