用三黄片作为质粒消除剂,对48 株院内感染大肠杆菌多重耐药株采用连续稀释培养法进行质粒消除试验,并与传统SDS法进行了比较。经试验前后药敏试验及质粒指纹图谱分析,结果前法质粒消除率为31% (15/48),其耐药性也随之部分消失;后法质粒消除率为 27% (13/48;经X2 检验,两法无显著性差异(P> 0.05);研究表明,三黄片对耐药质粒有较强的消除作用。
Using Sanhuang Tablets as a plasmid elimination agent, 48 strains of nosocomial E. coli multi-drug resistant strains were subjected to serial dilution culture method for plasmid elimination experiments, and compared with the traditional SDS method. After drug sensitivity test and plasmid fingerprint analysis before and after the test, the elimination rate of the pre-plasmid was 31% (15/48), and the drug resistance partially disappeared; the elimination rate of the post-plasmid was 27% (13/48; After X2 test, there was no significant difference between the two methods (P> 0.05); the study showed that Sanhuang Tablets had a strong elimination effect on resistant plasmids.
