目的：评价优立新序贯疗法治疗急性下呼吸道细菌感染的疗效和安全性。方法：对３４例急性下呼吸道细菌感染患者，采用优立新３．０～４．５ｇ／ｄ，５～７ｄ静脉滴注，继之以１．５ｇ／ｄ，４～７ｄ，ｐｏ。结果：痊愈１０例（２９．４％），显效２１例（６１．８％），治愈率９１．２％，细菌消除率９３．３％，总疗程７～１４ｄ（平均１１．８ｄ），药物副作用较少（发生率２．９％）。结论：优立新序贯疗法治疗急性下呼吸道常见细菌性感染有效、安全、疗程短
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of You Li new sequential therapy in the treatment of bacterial infections of the lower respiratory tract. Methods: 34 patients with acute lower respiratory tract bacterial infection were treated with YouLixin 3.0-4.5g / d intravenously for 5-7 days followed by 1.5g / d for 4-7d. Results: 10 cases were cured (29.4%), 21 cases were markedly effective (61.8%), the cure rate was 91.2%, the bacterial elimination rate was 93.3%, the total course of treatment was 7 ~ 14 days (average 11.8 days) Less side effects (2.9% incidence).
