“队改”如何深化?——让少先队自动化进入一个新阶段,即进入学校教育的主阵地,同学科性的课堂教学相结合……“课改”怎样突破? ——把少先队自动化引进课堂,发挥自动化机制在学校教育的主阵地作用,同“队改”相结合……前者已箭在弦上,要“进入”课堂;后者如弦上之箭,要“纳入”课堂。两者一拍即合,目标一致:更大程度地实施了自主教育。于是,“课改”突破了,深入了,课堂教学开放了。少先队“因需而进”,实现了“三进一联”——“奖章进课堂,活动进课堂,组织进课堂”,“让课内课外的学习活动联为一体”。于是,教育资源有机配置了,整合出新了,一道亮丽的风景线——“新型的课堂和新型的少先队教育相结合”呈现在我们眼前——
