科工法[2007]1463号各省、自治区、直辖市国防科工委(办),各军工集团公司,中国工程物理研究院,委管各单位,机关各部门:为进一步规范行政行为,更好地适应全面推进依法行政,加快建设法治政府的要求,根据国务院的总体部署和《国防科工委2007年立法工作安排意见》,我委对2006年底前发布的现行规范性文件进行了全面清理。现将清理结果公布如下:一、已废止规范性文件16件(见附件1)。
Science and Industry Law [2007] No. 1463, the State Commission for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (offices) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, all military engineering corporations, China Academy of Engineering Physics, and other departments under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Industry and Planning: In accordance with the overall plan of the State Council and the “Opinions on the Arrangement of Legislation for Work of the State Commission of Science, Technology and Industry Commission for 2007”, the IOC has conducted a comprehensive clean-up of the existing normative documents issued before the end of 2006 according to the requirements of accelerating the administration according to law and speeding up the construction of a government ruled by law. The results of the clean-up are hereby announced as follows: I. 16 normative documents have been abolished (see Annex 1).
