利福平(rifampicin)是广用的抗结核药物,但发现可与不少药物相互作用,近来更发现可影响钙通道拮抗剂如硝苯啶、维拉帕米等药物的疗效。利福平可激活肝脏内促使一些药物代谢转化的酶,从而加速药物自体内排除,降低其生物利用度。受影响的药物包括作用于心血管系统药物,如地高辛、洋地黄毒甙、肾上腺素神经β-受体阻断剂、维拉帕米等。一例老年女性高血压患者服用硝苯啶以控制高血
Rifampicin, a widely used anti-TB drug, has been found to interact with many drugs and more recently has been found to affect the efficacy of calcium channel blockers such as nifedipine and verapamil. Rifampicin activates enzymes in the liver that promote the metabolism of some drugs, thereby accelerating drug self-elimination and reducing its bioavailability. Affected drugs include drugs acting on cardiovascular systems, such as digoxin, digoxigenin, adrenergic β-blockers, verapamil and so on.
