青年教师党员是高等教育事业的生力军,更是高校发展的接班人,他们的理想信念的端正与否、坚定与否,直接影响着社会主义高校的办学性质和发展方向。青年教师党员的信仰教育具有极其重要的意义。
Party members of young teachers are the new force in the cause of higher education and even the successors to the development of higher education. Whether their ideals and beliefs are corrected or not, whether they are firm or not, has a direct impact on the nature and development direction of running colleges and universities in socialist universities. The belief education of the young teachers’ party members is extremely important.
