七煤(集团)公司新兴矿生进入二水平,矿井通风能力不足,为此把矿井通风系统由分区抽出式改造为中央边界与分区混合式,安装了2台 BDK-10-No36型轴流式主扇和2台 YBF-710-10型560×2kw 电机。改造前为6个回风井12台4-72-11No 2OB 离心式主扇和12台 JS-148—8型240kw 电机,矿井总风量为 Q=233m3/S,负压平均为200mmH20。改造后取消了10台离心式主扇,保留了一个回风井,该井改造前通风工况点为 Q=40m3/S,H=240mmH20。为了全面了解2台新主扇性能,2000年10月13日、14日、17日,公司通风处、机电处、矿通风机电部门及厂家联合对2台主扇进行了30°、35°、37°、40°四种叶片安装角度下的性能测定。一、测定技术布置1、测点布置:如图1所示,Ⅰ-Ⅰ断面为主测压断面,Ⅱ-Ⅱ断面为辅助测压断面。Ⅲ-Ⅲ为辅助测风断面,用风表测主扇的出口风量。
