目的探讨宁波地区金融系统视频终端工作人员作业疲劳与职业紧张的关系。方法采用问卷调查方式,对视频终端工作者作业疲劳及职业紧张程度分别进行总体评价及个体评价,运用Spearman秩相关、趋势卡方对总体评定结果进行相关分析,运用logistic回归对个体评定结果进行分析。结果视频终端工作者作业疲劳与职业紧张关系相关系数r=0.43(P<0.01);趋势卡方检验结果显示职业紧张与作业疲劳程度线性关系具有统计学意义(χ2=56.20,P<0.01)。logistic回归分析显示个体紧张反应的4个子项目业务紧张反应、躯体紧张反应、心理紧张反应和人际关系紧张反应均进入了回归方程(P<0.01)。结论宁波金融系统视频终端工作人员作业疲劳程度与职业紧张程度呈正相关,作业疲劳程度随职业紧张程度增加而加剧。
Objective To explore the relationship between job fatigue and occupational stress in the video terminal staff of financial system in Ningbo area. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the overall fatigue and occupational stress of video terminal workers respectively. The Spearman rank correlation and trend chi-squared test were used to analyze the overall assessment results. Logistic regression was used to analyze the individual assessment results. . Results The correlation coefficient between work fatigue and occupational stress in video terminal workers was 0.43 (P <0.01). The results of trend chi-square test showed that the linear relationship between occupational stress and work fatigue was statistically significant (χ2 = 56.20, P <0.01). Logistic regression analysis showed that the four sub-items of individual stress response to business stress, somatic stress reaction, psychological stress reaction and interpersonal tension response entered the regression equation (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the degree of job fatigue and occupational stress in video terminal staff in Ningbo financial system. The degree of job fatigue is aggravated with the increase of occupational stress.
