肿瘤是指机体在各种致瘤因子作用下,组织细胞增生所形成的新生物,虽然对肿瘤的诊疗水平已较前明显提高,但其发病率、死亡率仍居高不下,早期发现、治疗、疗效评价、预后评估作为动态诊疗体系,始终是临床研究的难点与热点.既往相关方法缺乏特异性、灵敏度及时效性,循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)作为近年兴起的液态活检技术,具有实时、方便、准确、微创的特点,对肿瘤的早期诊断、临床分期、方案制定、疗效及预后评价均具有重要意义.
