异名 Kerlon,Kerlone 化学名消旋1-[4-[2-(环丙基甲氧基)乙基]苯氧基]-3-异丙胺基-2-丙醇盐酸盐药效分类抗高血压药开发单位 Synthelabo 上市厂商 (法)Robert公司和Carriere公司首次报道 Br J Pharmacol 1979,66:445 药理本品为心脏选择性β-肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂。其β阻滞作用为心得安的4倍,无内源性拟交感作用,有很弱的膜稳定作用。口服生物利用度高,消除半衰期长。临床试验结果表明是一有效的抗高血压新药。
