近日有媒体质疑,号称用猪骨熬制的味千拉面汤底其实是用专门的汤粉、汤料调制出来的,每碗汤的成本不过几毛钱。味千中国总部相关负责人对此回应解释,汤底是由浓缩液兑制而成,不过这种浓缩液也是由猪骨熬制所得。味千中国总部投资者关系部负责人浩雄解释称,味千的汤底确实由浓缩液兑成的,但浓缩液是由猪骨熬成的。这种浓缩液来自于日本的一家汤汁生产企业,浓缩液送至门店后,由门店工作人员通过加水和一些其他作料“还原”成汤。一般来说,一公斤浓缩液可以“还原”100碗汤。
