徐培成,现任徐汇区牙病防治所所长,主任医师,享受国务院特殊津贴。中华口腔医学会口腔修复学专业委员会委员、中华医学会美学与美容分会委员、上海市口腔医学会常务理事、上海同济大学口腔医学院校友会副理事长、上海市领军人才后备队、徐培成科研创新团队负责人。《中国临床医学杂志》、《中国临床药学杂志》编委。2000年被评为上海市劳动模范。2003年被授予全国“五一”劳动奖章。2005年被评为全国劳动模范。2008年北京奥运会火炬手。2010年被评为全国劳动模范和先进工作者。

Member of Chinese Oral Medical Association Professional Committee of Oral Rehabilitation, member of Aesthetic and Beauty Branch of Chinese Medical Association, executive director of Shanghai Stomatological Association, vice chairman of Alumni Association of Shanghai Tongji University Stomatological Institute, leader of Shanghai Reserve Team, Xu Peicheng Innovation team leader. “Chinese Journal of Clinical Medicine”, “China Journal of clinical pharmacy” editorial board. In 2000 was named Shanghai model worker. In 2003 was awarded the national “51” labor medal. In 2005 was named the national model worker. 2008 Beijing Olympic torch bearer. In 2010 was named the national model workers and advanced workers.
