培养护生优良的护理素质是关系到整个护理事业发展的一件大事。而培养一支专业素质优良的护生干部队伍则能起到引领与示范的作用。护生干部队伍是医学院校学生教育管理工作中的一支重要力量,它既被教育,又参与学校的教育管理。如何培养护生干部的专业素质,保证高素质的护生干部队伍,以点带面,促进护生专业素质培养无疑是医学院校学生工作的重点。
Nurturing nursing students excellent quality of care is related to the development of nursing a major event. However, cultivating a team of nursing cadres with excellent professional qualities can play a leading and demonstrating role. Nursing student cadre team is an important force in medical education management of medical colleges and universities. It is not only educated, but also involved in the education and management of the school.
