本文采用长轴中点法对19例正常左室电影图像进行了室壁运动的测定。结论显示左室壁各节段收缩强度不相等,前壁强于下壁,心尖区较弱。用面积缩小率表示分别为:74.33±4.96％、61.07±2.16％和58..03±4.05％。
In this paper, the long axis midpoint method of 19 normal left ventricular images were measured ventricular wall motion. The results showed that the contractile strength of each segment of the left ventricular wall was not equal, the anterior wall was stronger than the inferior wall, and the apex area was weak. The area reduction rates were 74.33 ± 4.96%, 61.07 ± 2.16% and 58..03 ± 4.05%, respectively.
