现在,韩国药材生产基地的农民正在推广用药材喂养的“韩药牛”。据介绍,在韩国庆尚北道奉化郡的几家农户,从1992年3月份开始,为了继续保持其传统牛肉独特的风味,用生产和加工药材过程中剩下的副产品作饲料,饲养了70头牛犊。从1995年开始,广大消费者就已经吃上这种有益于人体腱康和肉质细嫩、味道独特的牛肉了。
