电液力控制系统中非线性和时变因素引起的波形畸变等控制品质问题是电液控制系统中较难解决的问题。论文在板簧试验机上用参数补偿的模型参考自适应控制算法、Lyapunov稳定理论进行了推导,用微机实现了系统的控制。实验表明这种自适应控制方法明显地提高了控制品质,使系统的波形失真度下降,快速性增加。 论文还探讨了系统的鲁棒自适应控制问题。
Electro-hydraulic control system, nonlinear and time-varying factors such as waveform distortion control quality problems in the electro-hydraulic control system more difficult to solve the problem. In the paper, the model reference adaptive control algorithm with parameter compensation and Lyapunov stability theory are deduced on the leaf spring testing machine, and the control of the system is realized by microcomputer. Experiments show that this adaptive control method obviously improves the quality of control, the waveform distortion of the system is reduced and the speed is increased. The paper also discusses the robust adaptive control of the system.
