“学导相融,练评结合”的课堂改革模式在笔者学校实施以来,不仅使学生受益,而且激发了教师锐意进取、热衷改革的积极性,尤其促进了年轻教师走进课堂,展示具有个性的教学风采,挖掘了骨干教师的资源优势。教师集思广益,积极参与研讨,用爱心和责任心审视教学中的每一个细节,关注每一位学生的发展,改进了传统教法,体现出课堂改革的真实趋向。下面笔者从以下三方面进行总结。1构建自主学习平台,恰当处理“学与导”的
Since the implementation of the author’s school, the classroom reform model has not only benefited the students, but also stimulated the enthusiasm of teachers to strive for progress and enthusiasm for reform. In particular, they encouraged young teachers to walk into the classroom and display Personality teaching style, tap the backbone of the teacher’s resource advantages. Teachers brainstorming, and actively participate in the discussion, with love and responsibility to examine every detail of teaching, attention to the development of each student, improving the traditional teaching methods, reflects the real trend of classroom reform.
